We would provide you with all marketing materials and technical support you'd need to sell the service, which you could alter to include your own logo and remove all references to Web Rank. You would liaise with the customer in all pre-sales activity, with no direct contact by us, unless required. 

We would prepare potential client quotations for you using our discounted cost to you, which you could then alter if necessary (to include your own additional costs, for example) before giving to the client. Once sale was made, we would proceed with the campaign, dealing with the client only via you. We would invoice you directly for services.

2) Become a Web Rank Referrer Partner - this option provides resellers with a flat 10% commission on any services we provide to clients referred by you. You would not need to on-sell our services, except to include a link to us on your web site and recommend us to your clients. We would liaise directly with any potentials and send you 10% commission on any services sold.
